CleanNew is a family-run cleaning company based in North Miami, Florida. We started cleaning homes for neighbors on our own street and grew by word of mouth across Miami-Dade. We're small on purpose: the same people who quote your job are the people who clean it, so nothing gets lost between a call center and a contractor.
We are a registered Florida limited liability company (CleanNew LLC, Sunbiz document L22000201232, status Active) and we carry liability insurance. We bring our own supplies, work from a written checklist for every service type, and stand behind the work — if something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean it free.
We serve North Miami, North Miami Beach, Aventura, Miami Shores, Biscayne Park, El Portal and the surrounding Biscayne corridor — all from our base at 1948 NE 148th St, North Miami, FL 33181. We don't take jobs outside Miami-Dade County.
